1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Lucky 97 Game ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and Lucky 97 Game, concerning your access to and use of the Lucky 97 Game mobile application and associated website (collectively, the "Platform"). By downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The Platform provides real-money skill-based games and entertainment. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a resident of Pakistan and are accessing the Platform from within the legal borders of Pakistan.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in real-money online gaming.

Any account created by an individual under the age of 18 will be immediately terminated, and any funds or winnings associated with the account will be permanently forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in real-money games, you must register and maintain an active user account. You agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Single Account Policy: You are strictly permitted to operate only ONE (1) account per person, per mobile device, and per IP address. The creation of multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or manipulate gameplay will result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts and the confiscation of funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and OTPs). We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Lucky 97 Game facilitates real-money transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through local payment gateways.

• Deposits: Deposits can be made via approved local methods (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer). You confirm that all funds deposited originate from a legal source and that the payment account belongs to you.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account bearing the same name as the registered Lucky 97 Game user. We aim to process withdrawals instantly; however, network delays from telecommunication providers or banks are outside our control.
• Wagering Requirements: All deposited funds must be wagered in gameplay at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be requested, in accordance with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
• Fees: While we do not charge deposit fees, certain payment providers may levy transaction charges which are your sole responsibility.

5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Policy

We strictly adhere to Anti-Money Laundering protocols. We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and address. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), utility bills, or proof of mobile wallet ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a specified timeframe will result in account suspension and freezing of funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional bonuses, free chips, or referral commissions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately and are subject to minimum wagering requirements.
• Referral commissions are only paid for legitimate, active players. Fake referrals will be flagged by our fraud-detection systems.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or revoke any bonus or promotion at our absolute discretion.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Integrity is the core of our platform. You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using unauthorized third-party software, bots, emulators, or automation scripts to play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (e.g., chip dumping).
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your location.
• Engaging in any abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our live support staff or other players.

Violation of the Fair Play policy will result in an immediate, irreversible ban and the confiscation of your entire wallet balance without notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LUCKY 97 GAME, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pakistan. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Lucky 97 Game.

12. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of these Terms.

By registering an account and using Lucky 97 Game, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
